A 2-hour live virtual workshop exploring desire, shame, pleasure, authenticity, and the relationship we have with our bodies.
What if your sexuality is about more than sex?
What if your desires, attractions, fears, boundaries, and longings have been trying to tell you something about yourself all along?
Join me for an honest exploration of embodied sexuality through the lens of self-awareness, presence, desire, and human experience.
Together, we will explore the stories, beliefs, and conditioning that have shaped our relationship with sexuality, self-expression, and the body.
This is not a workshop about techniques.
It is a workshop about relationship.
Relationship with your body.
Relationship with desire.
Relationship with truth.
In addition to the teaching, there will be space for questions, conversation, and intuitive guidance as we explore what arises together.
Whether you are gay, straight, bisexual, queer, questioning, partnered, single, sexually active, abstinent, or simply curious about yourself, you are welcome here.
