Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of private sessions, digital content, events, memberships, and intimate embodiment experiences, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Rescheduling
Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late arrivals may shorten the session.

No-shows
Missed sessions without notice are not refunded.

Event cancellations
If OracleMami cancels or reschedules an event, participants may receive a transfer, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Digital products
Digital videos, downloads, memberships, and access-based content are non-refundable once purchased.
